Концентрация в pptv, стандартные для атмосферных измерений, означает "part per trillion by volume", то есть сколько частей вещества на миллиард.

А аргон имеет абсолютно одинаковую относительную концентрацию по всей атмосфере, 0.934% или 9340 ppmv.
