CentOS 7.2

RedHat released their second point release to the EL7 series today. Most if not all of the sources seem to allready be in place on git.centos.org, so we can start the rebuild and QA cycle. As Regulars know, this will take some time, and the next minor release of CentOS-7 will be done when it is done. So it can be either 7.1511 or 7.1512.
